My name is Keoni and I'm the creator of Reps To The Rhythm and I've been teaching group fitness classes since February 2014.

Why did I start making workout videos?
Well, making these videos started out as a hobby. I just wanted to share a fun way for people to include more movement into their day.

In my own personal workouts, I'm always looking for new ways to make my workouts more exciting. So I thought, "I wonder if other people would also enjoy the way I do my workouts?" 

Fortunately, I've got some video editing experience under my belt so I was able to start producing videos straight away.

I was born in Honolulu, grew up in Toronto and currently living in Manila at the moment. Ever since Toronto, we've had pets in the house, two dogs back then and now five cats and three foster kittens. I also like playing video games and listening to K-pop.

Anyway, thanks for reading, and a huge thanks to all of you for enabling Reps To The Rhythm to become what it is today.
